Looked at 27 of the top transfer QB that moved up to a power conference from 2022-2025. Looked at their last year before moving up & 1st year in power conference. 14 of the 27 started at least 9 games & had 500+ snaps at both locations.

4 of the 14 saw an increase in passing yards
Darian Mensah- Tulane-Duke
Gio Lopez- South Alabama-North Carolina
Kurtis Rourke- Ohio-Indiana
Taylen Green- Boise St-Arkansas

5 of the 14 saw an increase in TDs
Darian Mensah-Tulane-Duke

7 of the 14 saw a decrease in INTs
Only 1 had an increase in INTs (Kaidon Salter from 6 to 7)
The other 6 had the same number of INTs

On average for all 14 players
10.4% decrease in passing yards
5.8% in completion percentage
16.07% decrease in TDs thrown
22.8% decrease in INTs thrown

Looking at what Anthony Colandrea did with UNLV
3452 yards, 65.8% comp %, 23-9 TD-INT

Projecting based on the averages
3092 yards, 71.6% comp %, 19-7 TD-INT
