The bullet is not matched to the gun. We have no images of Tyler Robinson anywhere on campus or holding a gun on 9/10.
We heard testimony that dogs trained for gunpowder couldnāt locate the murder weapon stashed about 1000feet from the known scent where suspect dropped off the roof.
The prosecution tried to conceal witness testimony of four people driving around in Tylerās car that night as well as a bullet found on another roof at the scene of the crime.
We were told Tyler confessed to three adults but have heard from none of them.
Instead the whole case pretty much rests on the word of Lance Twiggs- the alleged trans fury who had every opportunity to forge all of the written confessions that have been presented. Despite his importance, he wonāt take the stand for questions.
Iām not here to prove anything. Iām here to use my brain like an adult and form my own opinion. And Iām not paid by any of the interested parties, unlike you.
Also note how Iām avoiding the very easy low hanging fruit of personal attacks and insults about you.
All of that and I didnāt even get into the fact that the chances of that soft point .30-06 stopping in a human neck from 140yds are incredibly unlikely. Damn near impossible as far as I can tell.
Thereās an estimated 350 white males in America with the last name twiggs
Thereās roughly 1200 people under 25 with the first name lance
No one in America out of 350 million people is actually named āto cut open a penis.ā
Itās a character name in a story about a fury who was the love of a backpack enthusiast who texted like Danielle steel, was the best gun smith in the world, and hated Charlie Kirk.
Someone asked me to look into the videos of Tyler Robinson⦠said they noticed there are missing times
I looked into what I recorded and it most certainly does.
In this specific scene, it appears 1 minute and 16 seconds is missing. Notice the time stamp skipping ahead.
Was at 11:53:17AM
Skipped to 11:54:33
Several observations I have:
1. Probably most important.. He clearly pulls out a cell phone from his right pocket. He was calling or texting for at least that long. Who was he on the phone with?
2. Notice the shadows on the steps. They shift about an inch. Very noticeable. My question is, is 1 minute long enough for that shadow to move that far? For the sake of sanity, letās just say yes. But it also proves the time skip.
3. Why show this? When people see this, it makes them think something was tampered with. It causes doubt.
Now, to play devils advocate on my own observationsā maybe they skipped the video to save time, to highlight his progression in movement.. fine. But please make that clear.. because these āglitchesā are throughout the entire 13 minute presentation⦠I found them all over. I included the original 13 minute showing of videos unaltered.
Now after seeing this, these original videos need to be made to the public.. not on a courtroom screen.

So š¤·š½āāļø was it live-streamed, or was it not?
That is yet another question that will remain unanswered by TPUSA.
The general public, on the day of this horrific event, didn't have access to a live broadcast.
However, we now have two separate individuals close to Charlie's circle āļø claiming this event was being live-streamed.
So the question to ask is: Where was this live stream going?

ā¼ļøEXCLUSIVE: We've Got The SCOOP On Erika Kirkās āEmotional Breakdownā In The COURTROOM Today ā What The Cameras Missedš
Our Courtroom insider @Billiewebbb just gave us the real tea from the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing.
According to Billie, toward the end of the day ā right as the judge was deciding whether to seal Lance Twiggsā testimony fro jvbeing viewed by the public ā Erika Kirk suddenly started putting on a very dramatic crying performance.
She was shaking, dabbing her eyes with a tissue, and hugging the woman next to her so hard that even Charlieās mom came over to comfort her. Billie said it looked exactly like her sad videos⦠only this time it was happening live in court.
This was after @MrsErikaKirk's own lawyer had just gone on record arguing for transparency and against sealing the testimony from the public. But when it looked like the judge might not rule her way, the waterworks started.
That woman is so performative, I think her crocodile tears were just to try to get the judge to rule the way she wanted. Emotional blackmail maxing.
This is getting ridiculous.

What do you think ā real tears or courtroom theater?

āļøWhy hasnāt this footage taken practically straight after the UVU incident been given more attention???
š BEFORE THE FORENSICS TOOK TO THE ROOF, WHERE *allegedly* A SNIPERS NEST WAS LOCATED EQUIPPED WITH DIPS IN GRAVEL & A SCREWDRIVER šŖ -
šš¤EVIDENTIALLY CLOSING THE ENTIRE CASE ON THE TRAIL OF ANY OTHER LEADS.
ā NO SCREWDRIVER
ā DEFINITIVE PROOF OF SNIPERS NEST
āSECURING OF THE ROOF WITH A SINGLE FEMALE OFFICER LEFT TO KEEP SECURE
ā PLACES WHERE WATER TRACKS & HOLDS AFTER RAIN
ā ļøThe day before there had been torrential downpours in that area
āIf there was a screwdriver, wouldnāt it have been prudent to speak with UVU maintenance to see if they had to make any repairs?
ā FOOTPRINTS
ā ļø Claim what they want - the Adam Bartholmew footage clearly shows multiple people clambering and walking along the roof.
āWho else led down to see if the line of sight couldāve been met?
Did everyone who ventured into the roof give their footprints to clear any indents in the grave?
ā Did anyone actually measure the realistic movements & timing of an individual completing this leap -> run -> jump?
What do you think?

Judge Denies Kirk family request to show all Exhibits, including what the state would consider a āConfessionā from Lance Twiggs, Tyler Robinsonās partner
It was the right decision according to the Constitution.

This is Tyler Robinsonās entire confession. He just asks for an attorney at 630 and is put in custody. His confession to the fury comes AFTER he is in custody without a phone.
Just making sure before someone demands and execution they arenāt operating on the lies of thieves and murderers.
His parents never said he was guilty, he never confessed, thereās no murder weapon, video, witnesses, nothing. Just a patsy who probably got groomed into almost being at the wrong place at the wrong time
Release the files then @MrsErikaKirk@BlakeSNeff@AndrewKolvet@TPUSA! Prove the world wrong and give us the files from all 3 cameras that were recording in 4K under the tent! Put your money where your mouths are if yāall are truly innocent!
These two plain clothes officers were in the crowd on 9/10. I wonder if one of these men were the ones who accompanied Officer Chris Bagley to the Losee center rooftop where Bagley's bodycam then conveniently 'died' as he discovered the screwdriver that was never mentioned in the police radio call...
šØ JUST IN from Day 3 of the Tyler J. Robinson Preliminary Hearing: "I don't want to sound flippant but..this is actually the Ryan McBride 1102. The vast majority of this video is Mr. McBride testifying and Mr. Twiggs agreeing.ā
āI donāt wanna say that every single statement by Mr. Twiggs is just an affirmation of what Mr. McBride saysā¦but the vast majority is.ā
You are sooo good at creating legal headaches for companies.
The reason why I know you are lying is because I DID NOT FIND OUT FROM SECURITY THAT CHARLIE HAD BEEN SHOTā AT ALL.
So what you are telling me is legally tricky. You are claiming that someone I previously paid for security did not inform me of a security risk but did for whatever reason informed you and Ben Shapiro within minutes?
Would you like me to name the members on Benās security team that are NOT FRG? Or would you like to double down on that lie as well?
I enjoy your histrionic personality disorder. You always say too much Jeremy, because you need to insert yourself and build a stage.
