Under Senate Republican Conference Rule III, five Republican senators can force a meeting of the Republican Conference by submitting a written request. The Conference Chair (currently Tom Cotton) is then required to call the meeting.
Once the conference is meeting, a motion could be made to hold a leadership election or vote of confidence.
Republican Conference rules then require a secret ballot. It would take 27 Senators out of 53 to to vote to remove Thune as Senate Majority Leader

$IREN still has $1.23b Uncontracted out of the $4.4b ARR.

The $1.23b Uncontracted is likely to beat in my opinion towards $1.47b.

For Two reasons:

1) GPU’s has risen since date they were procured

2) Mirantis AI Cloud Fully Managed Solutions will likely be included like the $nvda deal

($11.33M x 130MW = $1.47b)
Replicating Nvidia contract PPM.

So at these prices it doesn’t price in any of future ARR.

670MW for 2027 - Confirmed In negotiations with Hyperscaler’s & Frontier Lab’s

130MW for 2026 - Customer Ready/Unannounced

Marketing is completely ignoring the 670MW guided for 2027.

So that means that once fully contract it could push ARR towards $12B.

6 x $12b ARR = $72b mkt cap. <-

Assuming they tap out the ATM that would be a $160 Share Price based on a $72b market cap and 450m shares (high end).

This multiple I'm using is on the low end, as more AI Cloud revenue comes in it will push analysts to up their multiples and price targets.

We could potentially see $iren at $200 this year
