Dear @amazonIN very poor state of affairs in terms of product delivery and handling customer grievances. This is the second time products have not been delivered by rude, unprofessional delivery agents. Never ever purchase anything from amazon.

Pesticide residue testing of green leaf before production is key to making entire tea supply chain compliant. We from @TRATocklai are working with @RajivMondal1970@ArogyamMedisoft to standardise & validate the rapid testing equipment ACLIVIA for green tea leaf which has been built by them . Once the protocol is standardised & validated with LCMS-MS/GCMS-MS results, we should be ready to go to deploy the equipment to the industry which will be a first for the global tea industry.
