@IRCTCofficial @eCateringIRCTC it is very unfortunate that for a > 350kms of a train journey - no water is available on the train - and clean packaged water is unavailable at all stations. I have been struggling for the last 4 hours to find water on the train route 13245.

@gdagzb it would be very helpful if you plan the digging of the roads in a more strategic manner so as to not block all the pathways leading to our homes. People have lives which requires daily travel. it would cost minimal to add direction boards to indicate diversions. 🙏🏻
