Unlicensed car wash illegally using fire hydrant and blocking parking and traffic

This taxpayer is tired of 311 reports that are closed 3 minutes from when they were reported

Tired of trucks not moving for years yet residents ticketed

You say ok to street vendors but here we have an unlicensed carwash blocking a hydrant using cones to block a lane of traffic and encouraging double parked cars with a generator making noise - there has to be some agency that gives a fck about taxpayers

The bigger question is-did the employer know? Did they choose not to hire locals? Were they sent by a coyote or underpaid? SK doesn’t want US workers without work permits either
