One skill that will save you is strategic uselessness, being useless strategical. You see how nobody mentions musalia when we critisize the gorvement . This man has mastered the art .
I discovered this art one time my mother was tired of my fathers many shenanigans, she packed her clothes and left us .Being the eldest my father thought I would become an assistant mother ,he learned the hard way . The first night he asked me to cook rice . I put everything in the pot added water and kept adding water and wood untill the devil said , "that's enough my son" that night we had rice soup .
The next morning I put milk and instead of tea leaves I added some herbs my mother used for soup . Mzee saw the writings on the wall "menne menne ,this boy will kill you ". That night he came home with goat heads kila mtu yake . The next day I found my mother home when I came from school . That Sunday she was wearing new clothes ,sharp girl that one.
Brethren learn to be useless .
REPEAT AFTER ME:
WE DO NOT BEG to sit at tables we're not invited to. WE DO NOT CHASE people who exclude or ignore us.
We do not seek healing from those who hurt us.
We do not sell ourselves out to get into someone's circle.
We do not set ourselves on fire to keep others warm.
We create our own circle.
We surround ourselves with only those who truly love, understand, and respect us.
We learn where to express our energy.
WE REMEMBER OUR SELF-WORTH.
When you intentionally stand out, you become a target for hostility.
People silently dislike you not because you are arrogant but because you have refused to be submissive to their expectations.
They want you to:
• Stay humble but not too confident
• Be ambitious but not too successful
• Speak your mind, but not too boldly
• Blend in but don't shine too brightly
However, when you break these expectations, people become uneasy with you, they become hostile because you have opened their deep-rooted wounds.
Your authenticity irritates the person who spends his life pretending.
People don't hate who you are, they hate what they assume you represent in their heads.
They might decide that you are selfish, when you are just independent,
Or, you are manipulative when you are just observant,
Or, you are arrogant when you are just focused.
When people cannot read you, they project their fears onto you.
I know a man who lost his MD title and gained himself. He said it was the most expensive free thing that ever happened to him. I think about that sentence often.
The Monday they replace you, the coffee machine in the break room still works. Life moves on before lunch. Your Title is not your Identity.
LET'S TALK ABOUT "FAVORITISM" IN THE WORKPLACE
You ever notice how some employees are untouchable? No matter what they do late reports, toxic attitude, even questionable practices the company still keeps them.
Why? Because they're the ones who say yes to everything, even if it means doing things that aren't exactly legal or ethical.
They're favored not because they're the best but because they're the most convenient.
Meanwhile, the ones who follow rules, raise concerns, or ask for fairness? They're the ones who get micromanaged or worse, pushed out.
It's not about performance anymore. It's about who's willing to stay silent and who's willing to play dirty.
And if that's the culture? It's not a workplace. It's a warning sign.
Since the devil can’t read your thoughts (see post below), that means he can only hear what you say. And that’s why some people need to learn how to be quiet!
HUSH!! You’re talking too much, disclosing too much! Sometimes your over-sharing is actually educating the enemy. HUSH!! 🤫🤐
Anything that annoys you is teaching you patience.
Anyone who abandons you is teaching you how to stand up onyour own two feet.
Anything that angers you is teaching you forgiveness and compassion.
Anything that has power over you is teaching you how to take your power back.
Anything you hate is teaching you unconditional love.
Anything you fear is teaching you the courage to overcome your fear.
Anything you can’t control is teaching you how to let go.

I’m the wrong person to fold on. God didn’t build me to fold —
He built me to fight through it.
See, when the odds stack up against me, that’s when something in me wakes up.
Pressure don’t scare me — it introduces me.
Doubt don’t stop me — it fuels me.
I’ve been counted out before.
I’ve been laughed at before.
I’ve been told “it ain’t gon’ happen” more times than I can count.
But listen…
I don’t run when it get hard.
I don’t quit when it get uncomfortable.
I go harder.
Because God didn’t build me to fold —
He built me to fight through it.
So if the odds are against me?
Good.
That just mean I’m exactly where I do my best work.
Men,
Finally,
Don't waste time explaining yourself,
People who have chosen to misinterpret you won't choose to understand you whether you use
• Bargraphs
• Pictographs
• Pie charts
Those who understand, already understood

Dear Lord,
Today, remind me I’m not broken—I’m becoming. I won’t second-guess my worth just because the world mishandled it. Teach me how to stand in who I am without shrinking for comfort or changing for approval. If peace is on the other side of acceptance—then help me walk in it bold. In Jesus’ name. Amen🙏🏾
Every morning,
Put in mind that during the day you will meet people who are:
- Angry
- Annoying
- Rude
- Cheerful
- Supportive
So, before you leave the house, train your mind to remain calm, confident, & resilient.
Don't respond to everything.

Alcohol has three problems: It finishes your money, destroys your health and makes you feel you have friends when you don't. Alcohol destroys lives, families and relationships. It takes valuable stuff from you.
