No one demanded extension for Non Audit ITR as sufficient time was given but because of that audit time line has been reduced to 30 days from 61 days.

Hence it's humble request to extend TAR due date urgently 🙏

TAR deadline is in 2 days. CBDT has no answer. Court adjourned to tomorrow 2 PM.

Meanwhile, 1,00,000+ CAs are supposed to just... wait? Or file blind?

ICAI, your members aren't asking for much. Just one statement. One representation. One sign that you exist when it matters.

Court statements about ICAI shows that dere is gap between Member and ICAI . Before taking decisions that IcAI wont seek extension from CBDT , firstly they should have checked the ground realities if extension is needed or not

It should be a mutual discussion between CBDT & ICAI & willingness from both side!

Using social media platforms, thousands of CAs raised issues in the last 15 days, but there seems deadlock!

Who is at fault?
