@ahmhealth why is it so difficult to contact you from overseas? Can't call, no email, only a chat which is always offline (yes during business hours and on a normal business day) can't log into my app as it asks for verify my phone number (can't, am overseas) frustrating much?
@bendigobank Being on hold for 2 hours is not OK. I've already utilised the call me back service but was transferred as the your boomer employee does not know how to fix this tech issue.

Your "call back" feature is a joke. I wait for a call back, only to be put on hold for OVER 40 minutes?! The whole point is to avoid waiting! This is infuriatingly stupid. Absolute incompetence. Do better.
