1. Risk management : Only one trade per session. and if you trade only one session.. Maximum two trade per day...

2. Always set maximum daily loss limit.

3. Risk reward at least 1:2 or more

4.Journal Your trades

5. Always have a pre market ritual

Eg for 50k Flex : Risk per trade 250 USD and Daily 500 USD Limit

if 1000 USD is lost in a week , Stop for the week and this should be for 1:2 RR , if its less than that then reduce risk to 200 or 150 USD

i reduced the risk to 0.25R ... mostly i will get stopped out...
