As for the Nigerian Army having not having one, I am not entirely sure. I think it may come down to organizational requirements. My impression is that the Nigerian Army wanted a more light infantry focused special operations capability rather than a highly surgical unit

That could have been driven by the specific requirements of the theaters in which the Nigerian Army has historically operated.

In other words, the Nigerian Army may have prioritized a model closer to the 75th Ranger Regiment or the Parachute Regiment than the SAS or CAG.

Generally speaking, in my opinion, that is how every organization or specialized unit in the country should operate, whether it's a special missions unit, special forces, tactical team, or whatever designation you want to give it.

Regarding retraining exercises. This is something I've wondered about, but I don't really have any sources I can ask to get the required information. I don't know whether the units under NASOC has a formal workup cycle (outside of what happens in Jaji), but if it doesn't

It's somewhat similar to what the ONSA tactical teams reportedly do. I remember an account here talking about how they train, deploy, train, and deploy. Essentially, they have a workup cycle where they train, deploy, and then return to training

I went and found the full Kick stream of this clip, and it turns out the propaganda that's being pushed is NOT actually true.

It turns out the European Spanish creep saw the drunk Japanese girl walking either on her own or separated from her friends. You can hear her likely trying to call out to her friends or something.

Instead of leaving her alone, they decided to follow her for a full 5 minutes, harassing her until she saw the African Nigerian guy, and that's where we see her call out to him for help.
