@Evrii_care Had 2 "two day delivery" parcels since 27th ... When am I going to get them and you do what you have been paid to do? I class the 2 days as 27th and 28th so they're now late!

@GarryMartin@jet2tweets Wouldn't hold your breath for any real outcome. All I got from mine was it was classed as feedback and my perception of what happened Vs the crew's perception. No apology, nothing!
@AsdaServiceTeam Also, on both orders specifically said no substitutes yet they changed my blender and beard trimmer - for a rubbish version. Went into the store and there was the blender I ordered and a better beard trimmer so just bought anyway. What a waste of Β£3.50 for express collection!
