@joeroganhq Disingenuous. It’s not all of a sudden. There’s a reason voter ID wasn’t possible before the rollbacks of the voting rights act. It was a tactic used prior to 1965 to specifically target Black people and prevent them from voting. That is a historical fact. Not new.

False. US citizens have been stopped, questioned, and even detained by ICE. You’re asking for proof of citizenship, if you know their status, you wouldn’t need to ask that question silly.

False. A person’s immigration status makes them a target for enforcement, not their skin color, race or ethnicity.

Law enforcement uses ‘reasonable suspicion’ to make arrests, as protected under the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The Supreme Court has already ruled that such actions are in line with the Constitution.
