Let me make this abundantly clear. I am in no way shape or form saying that I prevent injury. I’ve gone on record saying injury prevention is fake news.

I also do not think I bring people back from injury. They do that themselves. I help in the RTP process with other members of the high performance team.

The reason this video is posted right now is because everyone keeps talking about Achilles injuries. This dude got injured in Oct 2021 and had surgery for same injury. Here he is jumping in March 2023 like that.

He also played every game/snap in the 2022 season.

Again. He did not have that success because of me. Was I part of it. Yes. I was part of it with @KyleCherry_ATC and I LOVED working with him.

But @blackm1go did the work. He was the one who was DIALED in on work days and slept and recovered and did all the little things away from the facility to return.

Was it easy for him. Idk. You ask him. But he did it. It can be done when you put your mind to it. I’m just thankful I was able to help him out.

Am I proud for him? ABSOLUTELY! Am I proud to have helped put in it and be able to brag on him. ABSOLUTELY. I feel like a proud older brother.
