Athlete A- doesn't eat+drink anything before AM training

Both are able to finish lifts....but

I see a trend emerging where some coaches are using outliers & phenoms to devalue quality training.
Yes, some people did a much better job of picking their parents
Yes, inherited traits are highly rewarded in sport
