2023 is the first year I've really gone all in on focusing on my health and diet, and the difference in how I feel mentally and physically is insane. The end of 2021 marked my absolute lowest in physical and mental health. Weighed about 230-ish, didn't go anywhere, didn't do anything. At the start of 2022 I started working out a little more and by mid-2022 was focusing way more on my diet, and ended up dropping from 230 to about 170 by the end of the year.

For 2023 I wanted to drop a little more, and get to around 155-160. Focused more on my diet, started pushing my comfort zone mentally a bit, worked out 4-5 times a week, every week, minimum. Was able to hit 160 in July and have basically kept that as my consistent weight for the first time in my life. I still struggle a lot with things mentally, but the gap from the end of 2021 to now is huge. I've always struggled with my weight and confidence in how I look, so to really force dieting and working out into daily routines over the past few years is something I'm really proud of.

I get you like cryo, but it cant be above the rest just cause you want.
