At this point the only logical argument I can see for buying real estate is if you can do so for basically 0% down.

Otherwise you’re better off putting a would-be downpayment into #Bitcoin & renting.

Stack sats and stay jurisdictionally flexible.

Only caveat is if you have kids. Locking down a good home for them to grow up in is probably worth the sats.
