Seen no less than 3 instances caught on camera of the exact same thing, cops with weapons drawn on a car, the driver tries to flee endangering officers surrounding the car, and the driver is shot to death.

Charlie was correct, as long as affirmative action is in practice everyone should question the qualifications of minorities.
