@shaohua0116 Half of our reviewers missed the acknowledgment deadline. For some reasons they got an extension and then answered two words on an extensive rebuttal without engaging with any content.
What happens to reviewers that did not respond to the rebuttal? I think it would be fair to ignore their reviews for the decisions and reject their papers. What is the official policy @icmlconf ?
