@ArrowInvestor@AndersenJerome I left Australia last year to come back after 15 years. You have no idea how good you have it. NZ is fucked. Govt is laying off 9000 public sector jobs. GST is 15%. Cost of living is 10-15% higher, salaries are 30% lower. All the best leave . It’s already dire here.
@OnSpeculator Yea man, half ass developers are using this everywhere across Melbourne. They used it to bulk up the slabs at the build beside us too. Cheap shit hasn’t supplied a skip bins to save $ and made a rubbish pile instead….🤬
@OnSpeculator The only downside is my dog loves to take a shit outside the palace walls on our evening walks and a few times I’ve been caught out without a bag….
@OnSpeculator@LukeAndrewM There’s 5 sale signs up on the street New development round the corner with 3 on it hasn’t moved and they’ve been listed now since roughly October. Very different from 12 months ago.
@LukeAndrewM@OnSpeculator Recon I can top that,
Developer next door is trying to sell these cookie cutter town houses.
Real life it looks like this… End of April he recons…… good luck to him 😂
@OnSpeculator Did the same in Armadale, threw loquat seeds in a pot, they shoot up fast. Loquats are a childhood fav, I’m in the same pos, not much space left out back without taking lawn space. Vege gardens looking a bit sad this year, ripped out the seeding silver beet to plant strawberries.
@OnSpeculator Yea nice, they always tasted better home grown. We’ve got mature Oranges and Mandarins but no stone fruit yet. Have Feijoas but they are 6-7 years until fruit as well. I planted an avo from seed when my son was born last April, still deciding on a spot to plant it.
@SPECCAPITAL Bro, I’ve worked in this industry for 20+ years, I’ve never seen so much B.S. Yea batteries are great, life’s way easier, but they are miles off the mark. God bless the naive, they need it.
Handover day at Hotel Sorrento for the brand new pool area, day spa and 13 5 star accom suites, first guests check in tomorrow. 😅
My year in Sorrento is coming to an end, it’s been a mad race against the clock and Melbourne weather.
