@BritishGas I have been waiting for almost 2 months for you to update my address, which you have listed incorrectly. I can't email you, I can't get hold of anybody via telephone without waiting for over 45 minutes. Could somebody at BG please tell me how I can get this resolved?
Been trying to get in touch with @britishgas for (so far) over an hour - in a long queue on phone so whilst holding, decided to start up webchat, repeatedly got disconnected. Why are our "British (insert name)" companies are so appalling when it comes to customer engagement?
