@PamelaRoseKelly@LTHEchat Building online trust with students was one of my challenges during virtual learning. It is hard to build relationships with students as they were muted with no camera in the first couple of weeks of learning. Digital tools like Flipgrid definitely helped me out.
@Dr_CL_Elliott@LTHEchat I have set up out-of-classroom responses for the first time in my teaching career this past year. The pandemic has taught me that I need to improve my work/life balance as I would be answering the flood of emails all of the time.

Positive: Supportive relationships with students and colleagues. Relationships make the classroom & building environment. If you do not do this, the environment for students to learn in and for you as an educator to work in is going to be miserable.
@Judith_ekn @drntasler @NomadWarMachine@LTHEchat I would agree. I don't know if it is because we are playing catch up for the past two years or just "forgot" what we did pre-pandemic.
