@immunefi SLAs save the day. I had recently reported this issue to the protocol via a platform that shall not be named. Over a month passed where the platform gave 0 support. It was only resolved when the protocol shifted to @immunefi.

My first audit competition after 5 months of learning to audit smart contracts (of course it had to be on @immunefi) & in the top 5...God your Amazing 👌🏽🔥.

In hindisght not a complex issue but a wins a win. T'was nice focusing on both security and dev aspect. Striving to add smart contract wins to my list of web2 wins.

I've had bad experiences with projects to the point I now submit one report, see how the project handles it before spending time submitting any other found bugs. Trust is hard.

Hope this extends to web2 bugs that affect web3 operations.
