@USPSHelp I put my mail on hold, 3/19-3/22. I still haven't received any mail, it's now 3/25. According to informed delivery I should have had mail during the hold and everyday since! Still no mail, I'm in the 63367 area!!!

@SouthwestAir just got done chatting with a rep over flight credits! Why is it so hard to apply them to a flight I'm trying to book! I'm so sick of big companies making very hard to use rewards that we've earned!!! I just want to book a simple flight with my credits!!!
So disappointed in @SouthwestAir and the change you'll will be making with the open seating!! That's why I fly your airline and I am a rapid reward member and a cc holder as well. You've lost me as a customer once this happens!!
