If you are new to the #KarenRead case Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe, boyfriend of Karen Read, was found unresponsive on the front lawn of 34 Fairview Road in Canton, Massachusetts, which is owned by Brian Albert, a fellow Boston Police Officer, in the early morning of January 29, 2022.

Upon the eve of day 2 of Brian Higgins, ATF Agent, testimony, who was present at 34 Fairview Road that faithful night John O'Keefe lost his life, the timeline and people involved are important to finding justice for John O'Keefe.

January 29, 2022, after Midnight at 34 Fairview Road, Canton, Massachusetts

John O’Keefe Data: 12:11:09 to 12:21:05 AM – 170 Steps, 99.6 Meters (336.77 Ft)

12:00:00 AM thereafter:

-- Brian Higgins (BH) arrives at 34 Fairview (34F) shortly after midnight and around the same time as Brian Albert (BA) and Nicole Albert (NA).

-- BH testified he parked his Jeep Wrangler in front of BA's home at 34F near mailbox next to driveway.

-- Jennifer McCabe (JM) and Matthew McCabe (MM) also testified to BH's Jeep parked in front of the house. However, Ryan Nagel, Heather Maxen and Ricky D’Antuono, who pulled up to 34F to pick up Julie Nagel, Ryan's sister, testified that Karen’s SUV was the only vehicle in front of them in front of 34F and did not see BH's Jeep parked in front of mailbox.

Who is telling the truth?

Is BH, JM, MM, telling the same story to discredit Ryan Nagel?

-- BH testified that he walked into the house and saw Brian Albert Jr. flanked by two females, later identified as Julie Nagel and Sarah Levinson.

-- BH testified he didn’t see Colin Albert (CA) at 34F.

-- BH testified BA and NA, arrived at the same time as him, and they both testified that CA was in the house but on his way out of 34F.

If all three arrived around that same time how is it possible BH did not see Colin Albert?

-- BH testified his back was to the side door.

-- BH testified BA and him walked into the other room on the 1st floor to look at BA’s military photos.

-- BH Federal Grand Jury (FGJ) testimony he states "he never was on the 2nd floor of BA’s home."

-- BA testified at that same FGJ that "BH and him went upstairs to look at photo’s" which means they came up from the basement, but BH says he was never in the basement.

Brian Albert's FGJ testimony confirms that Brian Higgins was in the basement at 34 Fairview despite Brian Higgins statement "he was not in the basement that night."

-- BH also testified in FGJ “a tall, dark hair male entered the house.” Since BH testified he did not see Colin Albert at 34F the only person it could have been was John O’Keefe, but Alan Jackson did not ask BH who did he think the tall, dark hair male that entered the house was.

Who was the tall, dark hair male who entered 34F?

12:10 AM

-- Allie McCabe testified she arrived at 12:10 AM to pick CA up from at 34F despite the fact Life360 data shows her nowhere near 34F at 12:10 AM.

-- AM testified that “CA was not in the house when John was their.”

12:14:00 AM -- JM, inside 34F calls John, Answered

12:18:47 AM -- John O’Keefe, calls Jen, Answered

12:20 AM -- Based on steps John O’Keefe "got out of the car" has confirmed by JM during her cross examination by Alan Jackson.

12:20 AM -- BH text John O’Keefe “You coming here??? John did not respond to his text.

John O’Keefe Data: 12:21:10 AM to 12:24:22 AM – 80 Steps, 87.74 Meters (287.86 Ft)

-- CPD Officer Mullaney Supplemental Narrative “I asked McCabe if she possibly knew how long the victim has been where he was found and “she told he was dropped off by Read sometime between 12a – 1a.”

-- Jennifer McCabe during her cross-examination testified “John, got out of the car.”

12:23 AM

-- Ryan Nagel, Heather Maxen, and Richard D’Antuno testified to Karen’s SUV parked in front of their vehicle outside 34 Fairview.

-- Ryan Nagel identified only one person was in Karen’s car.

== Ryan Nagel did not see, black shoe, black hat, 45 pieces of taillight or John O’Keefe on the lawn.

-- Ryan Nagel and Heather Maxen did not see a Jeep Wrangler parked outside in front of 34F.

-- Richard D’Antuono, the driver of the F150, testified that the SUV was about 20 yards give or take in front of his vehicle. He did not see a Jeep to the best of his knowledge parked in front of 34F.

-- John O’Keefe ascended and descended three floors between 12:21:10 to 12:24 AM

12:29:44 to 12:50 AM

-- 7 different alleged butt dials from Jennifer McCabe to John O’Keefe 12:29:44 AM, 12:41:00 AM, 12:41:54 AM, 12:43:19 AM, 12:46:16 AM, 12:47:52AM and 12:50:37 AM

Is this Jennifer McCabe trying to find John O'Keefe's cell phone after a fight inside the house?

John O’Keefe Data: 12:31:56 AM to 12:32:16 AM - 36 Steps, 25.46 Meters (83.53 Ft)

These times above might be the the last time John's phone was moving before 6:04 AM!

1:27:00 AM –

-- BH leaves 34F

-- BH did not see a black hat, a missing black sneaker, 45 piece of taillight or 6'2 John O'Keefe laying unresponsive on the front lawn.

-- BH arrives at CPD at 1:27 AM despite testified he wanted to go home, it was a long emotional day and wanted to go home to eat and drink.

--- BH testified at FGJ that he went back to CPD to do administrative duties and "moving cars" was his purpose.

Why did BH really go to CPD at 1:27 AM and what was his interaction with Officer Sean Goode who was in the dispatch/control room?

1:30 AM – 1:45 AM – Allie McCabe's car is located at Canton High School.

Who was with Allie McCabe?

Why was she out at that hour in a blizzard?

1:45 AM -- JM, MM, JN, and SL leave 34F.

2:00 AM -- Caitlin Albert was the last to leave 34F after being picked up by Tristan Morris.

Between 1:27 AM to 2:15 AM -- Everyone that was in 34 Fairview was on the move between these times!

2:20:35 AM -- BA so-called butt dialed Brian Higgins

2:20:52 AM -- BH confirms at the FGJ that he called BA back for 22 seconds but had no conversation with BA.

2:27 AM -- “Hos long to die in the cold”

-- Karen DIDN'T KNOW that JM settled in at 2:27 AM on 1/29/22 and typed a Google search she later deleted.

-- 2:27 AM in the morning was over 3 hours before John O'Keefe's body was found on BA's lawn.

-- 2:27 AM before anyone knew or suspected John O'Keefe was missing or hurt or in trouble.

-- 2:27 AM in the morning YOU WILL LEARN that with no one watching her thinking she was alone with her thoughts not worrying that anyone knows what she was doing JM typed in the following GOOGLE SEARCH "HOS LONG TO DIE IN THE COLD."

-- She missed spelled the first word "HOS" but you will get the point.

-- YOU WILL ASK yourself why someone would Google "How Long to Die In the Cold" unless that a person knew someone in that situation.

-- Enter Richard Green, one of the leading computer experts in the country! -- He has forensically analyzed JM's phone both manually and using every appropriate type of computer software to solve this issue.

-- Richard Green confirms for you that JM did indeed make that search at 2:27 AM. JM Google search “Hos long to die in the cold” which she later deleted.

-- “Hear and see other evidence that will confirm that Jennifer McCabe is lying when she denies making that Google search at 2:27 AM.”

2:30:00 AM

-- Brian “Lucky” Loughran, the Plow Driver from Canton Mass, plows Fairview Road and confirmed during his FGJ testimony he did not see John O'Keefe on the front lawn of 34 Fairview.
