@SuperSaltLee In the demo they had a lot less health than in the original. They probably wanted combat to be faster like halo 2 and so on, but it feels like we're losing something. That's my main gripe.
@BoomiestBomb@MarlonPaulAllen@LateNightHalo I think a lot of people in the community are open to changes too. The remake is disappointing to me because it's a standalone campaign marketed as a remake, but looks like a lazy borderline remaster. I guess we do have the prequel missions to look forward to
@BoomiestBomb@MarlonPaulAllen@LateNightHalo Reach was something new again and that's a good thing, that's what I was getting at. People feel very strongly about reach and CE's art styles because they're distinct.
Personally, if halo 5 got a remake I would hope it's art style isn't "fixed" or made to be like the others.
@BoomiestBomb@MarlonPaulAllen@LateNightHalo Doesn't have to be the same models, just has to get the overall style right. I think H2A is a good example of this. It had brand new models and reused models and I thought the art was spot on.
@BoomiestBomb@MarlonPaulAllen@LateNightHalo It's both. They could do more and they wanted a refresh at the same time. The unsc changed to a modern military aesthetic which suits the second mission really well. Reach then changed the unsc again.
