This means email → email, email → wallet, and wallet → email encrypted end-to-end file sharing is now possible - breaking the barriers between Web2 and Web3.

For now, only micro sends (up to 50MB) are allowed per month for each email address - just enough to feel the power of 3send and get a glimpse of what’s coming once the subscription module becomes available as we advance in development and startup financing.

It is being developed in partnership with IICT-BAS (Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences) and Ratio1, bringing together applied scientific research and real-world cybersecurity operations.

We are witnessing a fundamental shift in the digital landscape. Cybersecurity is no longer just a 'best practice' or an IT problem - it is now a board-level legal obligation.

We are facing a 'Regulatory Storm' driven by three key frameworks:
- NIS 2 affects critical infrastructure. It demands that we stop looking only at ourselves and start policing our entire supply chain.
- CRA for the manufacturers - if you build software or hardware, you now own the vulnerability lifecycle for up to 5 years. You can't just ship it and forget it.
- DORA for our financial clients, this mandates continuous testing. A yearly audit is no longer enough.

The common thread here is simple: The era of 'point-in-time' compliance is over. If you are relying on a static PDF report to prove you are secure, you are already non-compliant.

For us at @ratio1ai this is a important area of focus and we're already proposing our OSS approach for moving from Manual to Autonomous, from Centralized to Decentralized, from 'Trust Me' to actual cryptographic Proof. Continuously.
