JPS should refrain from miscommunication. I am currently in an area without electricity for over 16 hours. They should not say all island power is restored.
Jamaicans y’all can hold the garbage till y’all find a bin enuh…it’s not that hard.
When did we get this nasty and careless!

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in the day of battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the Power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits, who prowl through the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen

Asthmatics can't get a break. If it's not Saharan dust, it is extreme temperatures, maybe pollens or just a flare up. Every day, a new trigger reappears.
We are mandated to live our lives, but how can we live knowing that those who have nurtured and guided us are not here to celebrate?
No matter who is around, we still have the lingering pain that never heals.
12/01/2024, the day I lost my grandma and my friend.
The pain from the loss has never healed. I just coped throughout the years.
When you lose someone you truly love and care about, you will never be the same, never.
Celebrations are no more. Holidays aren't the same. Basic things like going to the store have also changed.
The hurt and the pain have not changed, and that is what makes it more unbearable.
St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle,
be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil;
may God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God,
cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl through the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen🙏🏻
Prayer to Our Lady Undoer of Knot
O Blessed Virgin Mary, Undoer of Knots,
Mother of mercy and hope,
I come to you with a heart weighed down by the tangles of life.
The knots of doubt, sickness, difficulties, anxiety, and struggle tighten around me,
Stealing my breath and clouding my path. With your loving hands, O Mother,
Gently unravel these knots that bind me.
Loosen the fears that grip my soul,
Untie the worries that choke my peace,
And guide me to the freedom of your Son’s love. Help me breathe again, O Mary,
With the calm and trust of a child in your care.
Lead me through this tangled moment
To the light of Christ’s grace and truth.
O Mary, Undoer of Knots, intercede for me,
And restore my heart to hope and serenity.
Amen.
The Miracle Prayer
Lord, Jesus, I come before You, just as I am.
I am sorry for my sins,
I repent of my sins,
please forgive me.
In Your name,
I forgive all others for what they have done against me.
I renounce Satan,
the evil spirits and all their works.
I give You my entire self.
Lord Jesus, now and forever,
I invite You into my life Jesus.
I accept You as my Lord and Saviour.
Heal me, change me,
strengthen me in body, soul, and spirit.
Come Lord Jesus,
cover me with Your precious blood,
and fill me with Your Holy Spirit,
I love You, Jesus.
I praise You, Jesus.
I thank You, Jesus.
I shall follow You every day of my life.
Amen.
Our Father,
Who art in heaven,
hallowed be Thy name;
Thy kingdom come;
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

I speak over my week in the name of Jesus:
MONDAY: I step into the week with grace. Every crooked path is made straight. Let divine alignment speak for me.
TUESDAY: By the God of heaven, doors open. Opportunities, connections, and resources appear. Destiny helpers arise and locate me.
WEDNESDAY: I walk in superior wisdom. My mind is sharp, my spirit is sensitive, and I make no wrong decisions.
THURSDAY: The mantle of favor rests on me. Protocols are suspended for my sake. Let every long-standing issue be resolved.
FRIDAY: I enter results. What refused to move begins to shift. I see progress, advancement, and speed.
SATURDAY: The Lord preserves me. No accident, no loss, no tragedy. My household is secured under the blood.
SUNDAY: With thanksgiving, I seal my week. God has been faithful, and I receive the next level of grace.
Do you agree with this?
The Nicene Creed
I believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate,
he suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.
I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church.
I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins
and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come. Amen.
