girl to girl.... put you first. hit the gym consistently. keep your nails done. eat GOOD food. do the hobbies you enjoy. take your vitamins. 9-10 hours of sleep. buy that new workout set. delete distractions. water your grass so much that you don't give a shit about anyone.
I think my biggest takeaway from this year is that God listens. He pays attention. He may not give you an answer in 6 hours or 6 months, but when he does, he answers all the parts. He may be quiet sometimes but he’s only bidding His time. He’s never ignoring you.
please recommend some movies that feel like therapy, pls pls. movies that make you realize so many things in life. movies that make you cry so hard, that are gut-wrenching yet cleansing, and that gently remind you of your most vulnerable side
I have to marry somebody who takes holidays seriously. A family person. Birthdays, graduations, anniversaries… everything must all be celebrated fully in my household.
Today, I found this beautiful scripture: “I will give you back seven times what you lost.” Joel 2:25.
If you believe God will multiply your losses, please say Amen.
my therapist told me learn to calm your own storm instead of venting to other people it sounds therapeutic to let it all out, but you're reinforcing your negative thoughts. it’s no one’s job but yours to pull you out of your own problems. journal, meditate, exercise and release.
ACT LIKE YOU’RE BLESSED!
TALK LIKE YOU’RE BLESSED!
WALK LIKE YOU’RE BLESSED!
SMILE LIKE YOU’RE BLESSED!
THINK LIKE YOU’RE BLESSED!
BECAUSE YOU ARE BLESSED!
Eating is such a pleasurable experience for me.
I anticipate my meals; visualising the first bite, that exquisite burst of coalescent flavours in my tounge, the sweet, the sour, the spicy, the creamy.
Sustenance is merely a bonus, I eat primarily for the pleasure of food.
