@tokifyi Quietly heating up is good news! I’m an Operations & Project Manager helping fast-growing teams turn messy workflows into organized, scalable execution. Happy to help founders build teams and get the right people moving fast.
@BelliesMedia Hi! I’d love to be considered. I have 5+ years in VA, operations, project coordination & client communication, with experience managing inboxes, content workflows & deliverables. Happy to share samples!
Now put them together.
Plan → Act → Remember → Reflect → Coordinate → Repeat.
That loop runs continuously until the task is finished.
It's how a good professional actually works.
The agent just does it faster, in parallel, without needing a break.
Every AI agent runs the same 5 steps every time you send it a message.
Doesn't matter which model. Doesn't matter which tool.
The same loop. Every time.
Here's what's actually happening under the hood 🧵
Step 5: Orchestration
The coordination layer that sits outside the loop, shuttling information between steps, deciding what happens next, and managing parallel sub-agents.
Step 4: Reflection
After every action, the agent checks its own work.
Did it actually work? Is the output correct? Does it match what was asked?
This is the QA department. Without it you have a script, not an agent.
The difference between "done" and "verified done."
Step 3: Memory
This one has layers. Three of them:
→ Short-Term Memory (Reasoning tokens)
→ Mid-Term Memory (Conversation history)
→ Long-Term Memory (Files & system prompts)
Most people don't know their agent has all three running simultaneously.
Step 2: Tools
The AI model itself can ONLY generate text. That's literally it.
Tools are what give it hands.
Web search. Email sender. Code executor. API caller. File writer.
Without tools, you have a brain in a jar. Very smart. Completely useless.
Step 1: Planning
Before it does anything, the agent maps out the whole job.
Like a project manager breaking a client brief into tasks before touching a single thing.
Miss this step → everything after it goes in the wrong direction.
A 1% error here = a 100% failure at the end.
Oops! How is it already July?!
Note to self: time to secure the bag because my siblings said “I love you” isn’t gonna cut it for Christmas gifts this year 😭 (they were dead serious lol).
Happy new month, babes! Let’s make it cute and productive 💖✨
