Everyone claims to support mental health until ppl exhibit actual symptoms of depression, I’ve been there before and gone months not responding to ppl in my life even my own family for that reason and for people to hate on you for such a common and debilitating symptom of depression is just so vile and it’ll be the same ones preaching about mental health who do it. I’m so sorry you had to deal with that my love, idk why nobody can talk things out like adults without crashing out and creating a whole hate train against ppl they don’t even know and whos struggles they know nothing about
