Still I'm not receiving an OTP @TalktoBPI !!! Mga ilang linggo nyo maayos to, mula pa December 2023 na issue na to wala pa ding resolution! May issue ba sa app? Should I be worried or report this incident of non-working app sa @PrivacyPH or where can I complain about this?

@TalktoBPI Nope! May issue pa din yung app nyo, hindi nag-se-send ng OTP hanggang ngayon. Nag-try ako ngayon ngayon lang and its not sending any OTP.

BPI ano ba naman! Antagal tagal na talaga ng issue ko ilang twit na ko at calls a hotline nyo, hindi pa din inaayos yung OTP issue ko! Now I'm calling again your hotline nagsasawa na ko sa classical piano na bg sound nung hotline nyo antagal sumagot! @TalktoBPI

Bat walang sumasagot palagi ng hotline nyo @TalktoBPI antagal na ng OTP problem ko sa app nyo hanggang ngayon ganon pa din! Anong klaseng CS yan!

Mula December hanggang ngayon wala pa ding resolution yung BPI OTP issue nyo. Kailan nyo bato maayos @TalktoBPI Mahalin nyo IT nyo baka napabayaan nyo na at baka hindi na kayang ayusing yung problema nyo sa OTP! Hanggang kailan kaya tong OTP issue nyo?

Hirap pag kokonti yung pera mo, hindi inaayos yung concern mo @TalktoBPI Hirap ng online banking nyo hindi kayo accesssible kahit hotline antagal sumagot! Ganon pa din yung issue nung account ko wala pa ding resolution. Last December pa to!

The issue still persist @TalktoBPI hindi pa din nag-sesend ng OTP yung BPI App nyo after I change my phone and port from Globe to Smart my number. Last year ko pa to na reklamo wala pa ding nangyayari. So ano na hindi na lang ako gagamit ng app nyo forever?

Now, I'm giving up with BPI online app @TalktoBPI buong araw na kong nagta-try to request for an OTP for the "Forget Password" procedure. Walang talagang nangyayari. Hirap din makakuha ng tulong kasi puro either robot or scripted lahat ng sagot nd talaga naayos! #bpi
