Because holidays are overpriced to take them during school holidays, a week or two out of school a year isn’t going to impact their future. Shut your fucking mouth and get on your plane you stupid bitch.

@obrough26 God knows if we have one yet, deadline for this years financial revenue is June 30th though so clubs probably just trying to make any last minute money before the deadline.
Dear Pep,
I write this with tears rolling down my face, I do not know where to start.
It was last year, when you restaurant shut down, that I began to panic. That I begin to think, why would such a fantastic, delicious restaurant close down for no reason? The place I celebrate your birthday every year, just gone.
And now, it is in confirmed. You are about to leave the greatest dynasty in football history.
You are arguably one of the most influential humans to ever grace this planet. Not just from football, from every human to grace this planet. I would put you Top 5.
Football is one of the most popular consumed forms of media. Of entertainment. The amount of people that rely on football as an escape, as a cure for their depression, as a job.
You have inspired everything in the modern era of the sport. Everyone's favourite players, teams, have been influenced by you, moulded by you, shaped by you.
And that is why, how people can escape. By consuming what YOU have created.
You have inspired everyone in the modern generation. You have improved the mental health. You have gave people something to bond over, form friendships. You have gave millions, billions of people the best memories of their lives.
Martin Luther King, Albert Einstein, Mahtma Gandhi, Pep Guardiola, etc.
And if this was the end of your club career, what a fucking journey it was.
What a fucking journey.
I will be at the Aston Villa game. @PepTeam, it would mean the world to me if I could meet you one last time, before you leave. Just to give you a little gift, and tell you how much you mean.
Legend.
Love,
InvertTheWing.
On Saturday Pep Guardiola lifted the FA Cup at Wembley. A journalist asked him directly if he was leaving Manchester City. He looked into the camera and said "No way. No way. I have one year left on my contract.
Four days later, it was announced that he would be leaving.
Do not read that as deception. Read it as a man who loved something so much he could not bring himself to say goodbye out loud. Not in that moment. Not with the trophy still in his hands and the confetti still falling.
That is the most human thing about this story.
Pep Guardiola arrived at Manchester City in July 2016 with a reputation already built at Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
10 years after, he is leaving as something English football had never seen. Six Premier League titles. Four of them consecutive, the first time any club had achieved that in the league's history.
He won Twenty trophies in ten years- including the Champions League that the club had spent its entire existence chasing. He did not just win things. He changed what winning looked like.
But football is brutal and cyclical and completely indifferent to greatness. Sir Alex Ferguson stepped away after 27 years and United have not been the same since. Arsène Wenger gave Arsenal 22 years and left a void that took a decade to fill. Jürgen Klopp said farewell to Liverpool with tears on the touchline and the whole sport stopped to watch.
Now it is Pep's turn to walk away. And it will hurt in ways City fans are not fully prepared for yet.
Enzo Maresca is expected to succeed him, a former assistant who knows the DNA of the club. That offers continuity. It does not offer replacement. Of course, you cannot replace a man who redefined a sport. You can only try to honour what he built and hope the foundation holds.
King Pep is not just leaving the throne. He is leaving a city, a club and a fanbase that built an entire identity around what he created.
Some goodbyes in football are clean. This one will not be.

🚨 Unai Emery: “The Harvey Elliott situation is embarrassing for everyone involved. I feel sorry for the boy”.
“My apologies for Harvey is every day in my mind”.
UCL teams no longer dropping down to the Europa League has killed it as a spectacle.
Freiburg, Villa, Forest and Braga are the four teams left.
It used to be Man Utd, Dortmund, Juve etc.
It’s not really worth watching anymore
🚨 Enzo Fernández will be left OUT of next two games by Chelsea after his recent quotes on future, Madrid and more.
“Enzo will NOT play tomorrow and against Man City. I have no bad words for him but a line was crossed and we had to SANCTION Enzo”, says Liam Rosenior.

Disgusting and abhorrent as his crimes were - in the absence of capital punishment in this country - even the most depraved criminals should be protected from vigilante justice in prison.
The red card for palace today considering the ref has gone up to the monitor and still given it has got to be the most ridiculous decision I’ve ever seen
