Being a principal isn't easy, and ain't getting any easier. We studied principals' sleep quality, job-related stress, & perceptions of leadership self-efficacy. Principals were getting enough sleep, but w/ poorer sleep quality. This is just the beginning of studying & finding ways to improve educator/leader health. Stay tuned.
