I initially declined, and told him that he was still quite young. However, I have listened to a few of his songs, and I must admit that he is talented. I genuinely appreciate his music. My concern was about his age, and how the Nigerian public might react to such a collaboration. Ochacho pl£aded with me, saying that his son has always been a fan of my music. After considering it, I agreed that as an upcoming artist, he deserves support. He then offered me $200,000 for the collaboration. He also informed me that his son is about to release a new studio album, which will feature both Asake and myself. I acknowledged that this was a good strategic move. I further advised him to connect his son with established artists such as Wizkid and Rema. I urge everyone to support Ice King — he is very talented. Our collaboration will be released soon, and I am confident that it will be a hit.
