Kathy Hochul: Can Donald Trump even name the "1993 Knicks championship team" that doesn't exist??
President Trump: Literally catching Charles Oakley in his arms while sitting courtside in the '90s.
@DavidDack I’m not a great runner. Started mainly in my 39’s after ankle break/surgery. Started around the block, 5K,10K, 1/2 then one full at 50. Always thought I was crazy for thinking the 5K is the toughest to finish physically. Commitment and mental wise…marathon.
Single leg RDL's are of the best exercises for runners to build balance and load the posterior chain at the same time.
→ Stand on one leg, slight bend in the knee
→ Hinge at the hip, letting the back leg extend behind you
→ Keep your hips level
→ Lower until you feel the hamstring load, then drive back up
→ Take your time, control every rep
3 sets x 8-12 reps per leg.
You can see me losing balance halfway through, resetting back to neutral, and then performing the next rep. That's the point. Quality reps over rushed ones. If you wobble, reset and go again.
The next time the lightning siren goes off at the course and our players tell us they want to finish the hole, I'm going to have to issue a polite but stern "no freakin' way"
