If our Christianity causes kids to go hungry, the sick to go without healthcare, the stranger to be unwelcome, and the needy to be treated as "parasites," all while billionaires get richer, we've profoundly misunderstood the most basic elements of Jesus' teachings.
Netanyahu has said he will go to New York even though Zohran Mamdani said he would arrest him if he does.
Like if you want to see Netanyahu arrested.
RT if you'd personally turn up to make sure it happened.
Let me tell you what just got reported, because you will not believe it until you see it laid out.
The Trump administration cut a billion-dollar tungsten deal with Kazakhstan. Tungsten is the metal we need for missile warheads, fighter jets, and computer chips. Trump himself got on the phone to close it. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick worked it from the inside, sending letters, leaning on the Kazakh president, lining up as much as $1.6 billion in federal financing.
Within weeks of those negotiations, investors tied to a firm partly owned by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump took a 20% stake in an entity connected to the very same Kazakhstan project their father was negotiating. Around that same time, Cantor Fitzgerald, the firm run by Lutnick’s own sons, raised $210 million for a partner in the deal and pocketed the fees.
The fathers set the policy. The sons cashed in.
Six days after the Trump sons and their partners moved their money, Lutnick signed the final deal.
The reporting found one or both families have financial ties to at least 14 companies working with the government on critical mining deals.
The total federal funding flowing toward those companies tops $8.9 billion.
This is your tax money.
It is supposed to secure our supply chains and protect our troops, not pad the portfolios of the President’s children and the Commerce Secretary’s children.
This is the most corrupt administration in American history. It is not close.
We must keep digging, and keep asking the questions they do not want asked. Republicans in Congress are unwilling to lift a finger. Mike Johnson is running a protection racket.
Either we will end the corruption, or the corruption will be the end of us.

@realstewpeters You mean the Dems will do to the Republicans what you have been doing to them for years and probably decades? Oh the horror laugh out loud.
@BrettErickson28 I agree that this M O U is not as bad as Dems are screaming about. The US needs to get out of this war that we never should have been in the first place. Maybe Iran can be persuaded to spend some of these released assets at US based companies. $6 billion is peanuts.
Even @Morning_Joe has had it with the false claims of antisemitism: "If you want to blame anybody for what happened last night, you have to blame Benjamin Netanyahu."
"The idea that you're going to be able to brutalize children and women in Gaza with bombing that looks indiscriminate on TV day in and day out for years, that you're going to be able to level half of Lebanon, that you're going to be able to continue to allow thugs to run wild in the West Bank, and brutalizing Palestinians, brutalizing Christians in Bethlehem, brutalizing Christians across that area along with Palestinian Muslims, especially Palestinian Muslims, blowing up Catholic churches in Gaza... You can blame all of this on Benjamin Netanyahu."
🏛️ Democratic Senator Van Hollen on the U.S.-Iran MOU:
“This agreement is a bow to reality. The terrible reality that many of us predicted would unfold if we started this illegal war in the first place.
The war was a blunder, we should recognize that. There is no good way to end a bad war. And we should end it.
Those pushing to continue the war in Iran & lobbying against the deal should answer a simple question: What is your alternative?…
I want peace to prevail. And I hope this MOU becomes a foundation of a broader diplomatic settlement.
But I also hope we learn something from this needless tragedy… The calls for military adventurism… the fantasies of regime change.. and the endless effort to undermine diplomacy led us to this disaster.”
We are American Jews
Israel does not act in our name
Judaism and Zionism are NOT the same at all
Judaism is a major religion that has existed for some 4,000 years
Zionism is a destructive political ideology that has existed less than 150 years
President Trump continues to make false claims surrounding the details of the Memorandum of Understanding between the United States and Iran... and I don't think this is just "selling propaganda to the American people" either...
There are two most likely reasons for why he repeatedly makes false statements surrounding, specifically, the oil sanction waivers and frozen Iranian assets:
1) He truly does not know the minutiae of the MOU, notably that the oil waivers do NOT have an escrow account attached to them, nor do the frozen assets have humanitarian restrictions. This would be malpractice from the President of the United States but... well, it's Trump.
2) And this one is the most concerning to me... He is attempting to alter the terms of the agreement due to political and media backlash due to the horrendous terms negotiated under the MOU.
The reason that I believe it is not purely salesmanship to the American because is because it wouldn't WORK. This is something I discussed in a previous viral post at length. Throughout the Iran War, Fox News has been DOMINATED by Iran Hawks and the Israeli Lobby, and very few people critical of the administration have been allowed to give their opinions. I can say that from personal experience, as I was yanked from a Fox News segment AFTER I conducted my video interview on Iran's oil storage and shut-ins debate without notice due to them having conducted further due diligence to find... guess what? I had been critical of the Trump Administration's handling of the Iran War.
As a result, the only voices being featured anymore on the most widely watched "news" network in the United States by a MILE features guests whose entire careers have been built around convincing the United States to launch this war. They will NEVER be able to get a future President to attack Iran after how disastrously this has gone. They have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, from trashing the deal to the degree that it forces the United States back to war.
For the first time perhaps in his tenure as President, Trump cannot control the media.
So that brings us back to the two core explanations as to why Trump continues to make assertions about the oil sanction waivers and frozen assets.
Let me explain not only why they're PROVABLY wrong, but why they're downright laughable.
Let's start with the frozen assets, because this is relatively straightforward... In the Memorandum of Understanding, Article 11 EXPLICITLY states:
"Such funds, whether retained in the original account or transferred, shall be made fully usable for payment to any ultimate beneficiary designated by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
Do you see ANYTHING about "only to purchase pre-authorized humanitarian goods"? No? That's because it EXPLICITLY says Iran gets to decide how to use these funds.
Now to the oil sanction waivers, which were authorized under General License X yesterday...
Article 10 of the MOU states:
"The U.S. Department of Treasury will issue waivers for the export of Iranian crude oil, petroleum products and derivatives"
Now... why would an escrow account be INSANE? Because this would mean any oil sold by Iran would be held in accounts controlled by the United States, only to be released upon future negotiations.
Guess what Iran would do if that was the case? They'd just... SELL TO CHINA. Like they have for years, regardless of the US having sanctions on Iranian oil. Why on EARTH would Iran agree to forego potential months of oil revenues and hand over control of the revenues to the United States, instead of just... taking a small discount haircut selling it to China?
Answer: They WOULDN'T.
So while it is possible Trump truly does not understand the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, the far greater concern is that he is caving to pressures from the Iran Hawks and Israeli Lobby, and attempting to attach restrictions outside the terms of the MOU in an attempt to appease his core base after negotiating a disastrous deal.
And if this works... You'd better believe Iran is going to once again close the Strait of Hormuz.
You won't hear this often.
“AIPAC isn’t about Peace. it’s about securing U.S. support for whatever the Israeli government wants.”
— Jimmy Carter 🇺🇸
This is a critique of lobbying power of Zionists, not of Jews.
Spread it.
Yesterday, Trump pressured Netanyahu for a ceasefire in Lebanon. Guess what Netanyahu did right after? He started bombing Gaza again.
Netanyahu cannot survive politically — or personally, with his upcoming trial — unless he keeps the wars going. We are dealing with a defeated criminal who is only trying to protect himself, no matter what happens to the rest of the world.
Four months ago, I had neither a positive or negative view of the government of Israel.
Jewish people are good. I’d generally argue that people “of faith” are more ethically grounded and kind people than those that are not.
But now, I have a profoundly negative view, and find many in the Israeli Lobby of the United States, as well as the government of Israel to be some of the most abhorrent and truly evil human beings I have ever encountered.
Distaste for the Israeli Government and Israeli Lobby ≠ Distaste for people who follow the religion of Judaism.
Anyone trying to tell you otherwise is either a fool or someone intentionally arguing in bad faith.
Today, Israel's Defense Minister announced Israel will not withdraw from land it seized in Lebanon, Syria, or Gaza. Is anyone surprised?
In Lebanon alone, Israel now occupies 770 square miles of territory. Nearly one-fifth of the country. They pushed the border 6 miles north and kept going.
There is a law against this. A clear one.
UN Security Council Resolution 242 states explicitly that territory cannot be acquired by force. It was passed unanimously in 1967 because of Israel. Israel had just seized the West Bank, Gaza, the Sinai, and the Golan Heights in the Six Day War.
The resolution written to stop Israel from keeping land it took by force is now being violated by Israel keeping land it took by force.
Israel is a member of the United Nations. It is bound by Resolution 242. It is bound by Article 2(4) of the UN Charter, which prohibits the use of force against the territorial integrity of any state.
This isn't complicated. The law exists. Violation is clear. And the country providing Israel diplomatic cover at the UN, the country that has vetoed more Security Council resolutions on Israeli conduct than any other, is the United States.
The past just keeps repeating itself, and we're the ones that keep making it possible.
Israel flattened Beirut in 1982.
No Hamas. No Hezbollah. No October 7 to point to then.
Just 17,000 dead Lebanese and Palestinian civilians.
Even US president then Ronald Reagan, who armed Israel, called Begin furious after seeing a photo of a 7-month-old baby with its arms blown off and said “It is a holocaust”.
They killed so many innocent people that the survivors had no choice but to pick up weapons.
Then Israel had the audacity to keep using “Self-Defense” excuse every decade.
Israel didn’t stumble into endless war. Israel built it. Brick by brick.
Own it.
People keep calling this an Iran war. It wasn't.
It was a campaign to eliminate the only military force in the region capable of threatening Israel. The United States did the heavy lifting. Israel had token involvement in the strikes on Iran, then immediately pivoted to seizing territory in Lebanon and accelerating the destruction of Gaza, leaving the U.S. to fight Iran.
That is not the alliance that the framing of "The Israeli-American war against Iran" suggests. That's just a client state managing its patron.
This pattern goes back decades. I lay it out over pages of documented evidence in my book, but there isn't space here. The short version: Iraq. Libya. Syria. Each time the U.S. degraded or destroyed a military that made Israel nervous. Each time we were told it was about something else. Weapons of mass destruction. A dictator killing his own people. Terrorism.
Now Iran's military is degraded. The last regional power capable of threatening Israel is on its heels.
13 Americans died in this war. Israel lost 11 soldiers. We did the fighting. They kept the land.
There will never be peace in the Middle East as long as Israel, a theocracy with undeclared nuclear weapons, continues to expand its territory with American money, American soldiers, and American lives.
Israel is one of four countries that has never signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. The others are India, Pakistan, and South Sudan.
Many people look at the rumored terms of a potential Memorandum of Understanding between the United States and Iran and, correctly, view it as total U.S. defeat.
But that’s misunderstanding the most important victory the U.S. have given Iran:
Safety.
For nearly five decades, the Iran Hawks and Israeli Lobby have been trying to find a President foolish enough to buy their propaganda and attack Iran. For 47 years, they searched, spending their entire careers in the pursuit of war.
Now, they got it… and failed in the most disastrous way anyone could have thought.
It wasn’t just a loss, it was an embarrassment that will forever impact the legacy of Donald Trump.
For the next 250 years, no American President will ever even THINK about attacking Iran again. Not after this failure. Not after this embarrassment. Any person that pitches “attack Iran” will be laughed out of the room.
While Iran will irrefutably exit this conflict in a far stronger strategic position than they entered, that is not the most significant accomplishment they have secured in this War.
The greatest victory for the Iranian regime is not frozen assets. It’s not the Strait of Hormuz.
It’s the assurance of knowing they have embarrassed the United States so thoroughly that no President will attack Iran for centuries.
The War has resumed because the Israeli Lobby and Iran Hawks used American soldiers as bait to be shot down on the horrendous Operation Freedom 2.0.
Remember the people who went on Fox News and advocated so heavily for this. They wanted Americans to be used as bait so this EXACT situation would happen.
