But I kept thinking about the designer figuring this out the hard way. The one who has learned everything by trial and error and is exhausted by it.

How to become a millionaire in 24 months if you're starting from zero. I broke this down on stage in front of 4,000 people. Here's the playbook:

1. None of us are special. I started with no laptop, no money, no skills. The only difference is I got aggressive and took ACTION.

2. Revenue creation beats expense removal every time. I can walk into a $1M/year company and turn it into $10M next year. Then demand half the business. The guy cutting expenses can't do that. Pick a skill that creates revenue and your ceiling disappears.

3. Pick ONE skill. That's it. Extroverts: sales, content, copywriting, ads, ecom. Introverts: AI, copywriting, ads, ecom. You can learn any of them in 10 hours on YouTube.

4. Don't start your own thing first. Biggest regret of my career. Go work at a company that already does what you want to do. Lower pay, more chaos, but you'll touch every part of the business. By the time you leave, you've got the blueprint.

5. Build with a partner. Every company I own has one. Run them with operators who fill the gaps you can't fill on your own.

6. Your biggest risk is NOT TAKING ONE. Worst case, you fail and end up exactly where you're standing today. If I lost everything tomorrow I know exactly how to get back. You literally have nothing to lose.

7. The worst thing you can do when you’re given value like this is bookmark it and write down 20 ideas. You'll execute on none of them. Watch the video, pick 3 things you can start today and GO.

Work second.
Build forever.
