Disappointing news.
1. There is decent data to support #COVID19 vaccine boosters for select populations (e.g. immunocompromised) but it's a stretch to extend this to everyone.
2. Billions in low/middle income countries are waiting for 1st doses while getting throttled by Delta.
No 2 tip for teachers wanting to get students to engage in mathematical discourse. Mind the Cognitive Load. If the tool being used is new to students, lower the cognitive demand of the math. If the math is new, use tools they already know how to use. #mathequity#iteachmath

To be clear, I freakin’ love vaccines. I’m also a student of human nature. 2 POINTS: despite opening availability, vaccine supply is variable. It may take awhile yet to get doses into arms. We KNOW risk taking behaviour goes up after vaccination though it’s protection takes 2 wks
