@StenaLineUKIE my motorcycle fell over on the sailing on the 10/04/2025. I have forwarded details for repair and have had no confirmation or contact since. It has been seven weeks now and I would like someone to contact me re this issue ASAP. I find this totally unacceptable
@currys been trying to contact complaints without success. Have a problem with a gift voucher and been told I have to wait another 24 hours. I first contacted yourselves about this on Thursday 3/7/25. It’s a fault with your system but you’ve had my voucher since Thursday

@forduk Yet another week with no details on the items I ordered on 16/3/22 despite you emailing me to say there was a problem with the carrier and you would get back to me. This is after me speaking to the carrier who have not received the said items. #anychanceofareply

@forduk I ordered the items from the ford store online. Nothing to do with a dealer. No phone number to contact and no reply to emails. You may be working hard to get orders delivered, but you aren’t working hard at replying to emails. Have you a phone number for the for the ford store?
