Watching the Liverpool front 3 yesterday vs how spurs front 3 play kinda shows the challenge In approach for me. I’d say it’s about even on paper but the freedom and movement Liv play with is stark. It’s not talent so can only be manager driven. That is a problem #coys

Grassroots, if you pay your child for scoring goals; a reward apparently. Do you pay them for defending? Tackles won? Assists created? Unlikely! This does not aid learning it creates a player focused on one aspect of playing and neglects their overall player development. 🤔

I Like mitoma (Brighton), Barnes (Leicester), hincapie (Germany) and am ok with the clubs apparent ethos of younger players.

Just would like to see some targeted aspirational business.
