@MarkellSimons_ Have you no morale and decency? You literally steal the original #TCT concept, 100% point by point, word for word, even copying the logo and treat it as your own system, to try sell your own VIP membership. That is the scummiest, low tier of society behavior.
@aave@LlamaRisk Both Scenario 1 and Scenario 2 are retarded. Covering the bad debt should come from Aave, Kelp Dao, Layer Zero, or outside help from willing guys like Justin Sun and others. Not punishing genuine users who had no role in this.
@AlexDrLian@aave@LlamaRisk@KelpDAO This is such a retarded take. Scenario 1 and 2 are both terrible options. They need to go back to the drawing board and consider other options.
@ena18053205@BlueLightDiet 850 mW/cm2 is if you're using it right at the faceplate (which emits a high level of magnetic fields).
You're better off using it at 6 inches away, which has an avg. irradiance of 148 mW/cm2 and far less nnEMF concerns. So use this figure in the calculator
@prayingmantis40@BigolWave Try removing the dairy for 3 - 5 days and see if symptoms stop. The re-introduce and monitor for 3 - 5 days to see if symptoms return.
@ze_rusty Also important to plug a grounded cable into the router, otherwise the phone will be emitting high electric fields if the modem isn't grounded with a 3-pin prong.
@zaidkdahhaj HCl is good to start with. Add in different forms eventually as well: Benfotiamine and TTFD. Different people respond better to different forms. In some cases HCl doesn't do much, while the other forms do, and vice versa. Make sure co-factors Mg, B Complex, and potassium are incl
@yoursimmo11 The logic here is flawed. You obviously had gut issues, so gut absorption could very much be a factor on why Mg supplementation didn't work for you. What if the Mg from raw milk and juice also did not absorb, but only the Epsom salt bath did and that's what you noticed?
@Elijahkrings 3/ These overly simplistic "Just take X and you'll improve Y" posts are really dangerous for the avg. follower on here.
You're telling people to take up to 3000mg NAC for 12 wks, & not even mentioning the potential impact on zinc & copper?
@Elijahkrings 2/ Magnesium: loose stools, and more seriously; some people have a transport issue into cells, and high doses lead to Hypermagnesemia, which leads to other serious issues.
Also ratio of Magnesium to Calcium is also very important which is not mentioned either.
@Elijahkrings 1/ There's lots of nuances as I'm sure you know. Simplistic advice like the OP is dangerous, because people blindly follow it without understanding the nuances.
Issues with glycine: histamine issues, insomnia, overstimulation, anxiety, headaches, oxalate production, etc.
@Elijahkrings 400ug of selenium daily for 12 wks is an irresponsible suggestion, especially for those who already have sufficient levels.
1000mg of magnesium and 10gr of glycine is also far too high (bioindividuality), especially without mention of titrating up slowly.
@PragmaticNurse@getchroma Curious if you've measured the electric fields on these? It amplifies the more Sky Portals you add on. I've got 2x sky portals and 1x red portal. Had to rig a grounding solution for all three, otherwise the electric field levels are pretty concerning.
