I spent the past few years absorbing knowledge.
I wasted countless hours on useless shit, and I don’t want you to do the same.
So, here are the 27 most important lessons on ‘the game of life’ I learned so far:
(The end will shock you)
---
1) Don't listen to people who lose or you'll do the same.
2) Stop talking to people who don't give a fuck what you say.
3) Stop spending your money on weed, go hop on a plane.
4) Stop pointing the finger and start taking some of the blame.
5) The money is up and it's down, that’s just how it goes.
6) Everyone's going through something that nobody knows (be cool).
7) Relax, stay in your lane, leave people alone.
8) Don't buy a car and a chain when you don't have a home (dummy).
9) Don't worry 'bout havin' a lot of friends, you only need one.
10) Pussy is cool, what's better, is makin' a dream come.
11) Value your time, value your health, value your freedom.
12) Fuck where you got your degree from.
13) Control your emotions, most of the time, it’s really not worth it.
14) Don't be ashamed to beat yourself up for not being perfect (nobody is).
15) Don't be entitled, the world doesn't care if you think you deserve it.
16) Don't fall in love with someone until you know what's beneath the surface.
17) Protect your space, people are energy vampires.
18) Once you get burnt, don't put your hand back in the damn fire.
19) Fuck the potential, you should assume they're not gonna change.
20) You know it's okay to cut people off, don't be afraid.
21) Pay all your taxes, you know the government's really a game.
22) If you gotta pick one, go for the money, don’t go for the fame.
23) Call up your mom and tell her you love her before it's too late.
24) Call up your dad and tell him you love him before it's too late.
25) Become who you want, don't be a slave to the person you were.
26) Think for yourself, don't be a sheep and get lost in the herd (wake up).
27) Believe what you see, you gotta be dumb to believe what you heard.

NOW, DO ME A COUPLE FAVORS:
Scroll back up to the beginning of this tweet, like it, bookmark it, and reread it again, but this time, try to 'rap it'.
Why?
Because these are not actually my 27 lessons; this is a song called ‘PUT YOU ON GAME’ by @russdiemon
Surprised?
You're not used to getting so much value from a song, right?
Because you're listening to the wrong things...
I was doing the same (I still do that sometimes), and there's nothing wrong with it.
But you know what?
It seems absurd, but when we listen to a song, even if we are not really paying attention to it, our subconscious is absorbing information.
So, here's a little advice:
Don't just listen to what's 'cool' but actually make the conscious decision to mostly listen to music that elevates you.
Feel free to recommend me some artists/songs that fit the criteria I mentioned above 🖤
Wish you all a great day!
Wake up.
Hit snooze 4 times.
Stare at your phone.
Roll out of bed.
Make coffee.
Sit in traffic.
8 hours of unfulfilling work.
Sit in traffic... again.
Argue with your "significant" other.
Walk the pet.
Watch TV.
Pass out.
Repeat.
This should scare the shit out of you.
A thread:
Morning routine that's working well for me:
1. Night before, outline the exact task to work on the next day
2. Wake up at 5, hydrate & out the door for 60-minute creative walk
3. Come back, shower & rip double espresso
4. Spend 4 hours focused on 1 task
Day won by 10 AM.
1. Never stop learning.
2. See failure as a beginning.
3. Teach others what you know.
4. Assume nothing, question everything.
5. Analyze objectively.
6. Practice humility.
7. Respect constructive criticism.
8. Love what you do.
9. Give credit where it's due.
10. Take initiative.
