@bookingcom just seen the new advert. Still angry with this terrible company after being ripped off on my Christmas booking. Booked a trip after being offered a number of discounts, only for them to disappear once I'd pressed confirm. Price went up by £150

#NHSCrisis yesterday I made 4 attempts to phone and make a gp appointment. Answer message saying to busy to answer. I decided to go in, the waiting room was empty and nobody was on the phone.... what's going on

@SkyUK I'm really unhappy, today I've been trying to call and find out why my bills have gone up by £30 a month but can't get through, keeps directing me to the web but there is no option for complaints or discussions regarding billing
