Seeing the coverage of ‘Grooming gangs’ all over X today, I’m resharing this very thorough documentary which I worked on with @GBNEWS and @CDP1882 and which I would recommend you watch

Unlike many msm channels, @GBNews @CDP1882 @PatrickChristys have continued to shine a spotlight on this life destroying crime for several years now, and we have worked with them frequently to share new cases, as well as with @SkyNews and @JasonFarrellSky who have done some great work too.

This crime has been largely ignored and underplayed by successive governments over decades. In so many ways it still is - but I won’t let them bury it. Only recently it was disgracefully being described as ‘a moral panic’!!!!

Ask the thousands of children abused, raped and tortured by these gangs if it was just a ‘moral panic’. Also ask them if they believe the police have treated them as the child victims they are, or social services have protected them, or @CPSUK charged the rapists with the offences for which they were guilty, or the courts given adequate sentences…. The list goes on and on. And also, to date, NOT ONE senior public figure has been held criminally accountable for their gross criminal neglect.

Thousands of victims are still fighting to heal from the trauma and damage caused to them more than 20 years after the rapes began and their childhoods were destroyed, and we at The Maggie Oliver Foundation @TMOFCharity are still supporting and fighting alongside victims/survivors on a daily basis as they continue to seek justice which is often denied.

Still makes my blood boil…..
