@BBCSimonJack I disagree! I think is brilliant to have that point of view. Snooker is such a solitary game and you just don't get to hear this sort of stuff. More of it for me!
@Sonos No I get that. But despite your best efforts I can't reliably turn the volume down. Or up. It's a horrible experience. I have people yelling me in the house to turn it down and I literally cannot. The system cannot respond fast enough. Why is it not sorted? You have had a year!

@ScotCitylink There's been a crash bug on iOS for months when you try to buy a ticket. I've reported it a few times but I still can't buy a ticket on the app. Plus all the obvious problems around user experience when selecting a ticket.
