@Balder998@AcctPogo@PandaKingEX The trilogy isn’t complete, rebirth ends abruptly. Therefore I don’t think it’s quite fair to judge the timeline plot until revelations is out
@xyzWhiskey@LiamHayneX@pubity Tbf the rise in popularity of IRL streaming and really establishing themselves there could’ve been really good. Perhaps a direct connection and partnership with star link for good connection etc. They definitely had other segments to target
@dmc_dmcc And if it succeeds there wont be any D3 anyways. People support Apex legends, why aren’t they bringe rewarded by a titanfall 3? Either way D3 ain’t happening
@OlManMakowski I don’t think this logic makes much sense. How long has Apex legends been around? How successful has it been? Still nowhere closer to a titanfall 3. same will happen to D3 if marathon succeeds. They don’t have the capacity for 2 liver service games, barely any studio has
@Mega_sean@WeebQx@MarathonTheGame@Ziegler_Dev@Sony@PlayStation@MarathonDevTeam@Bungie Well no because Sony will never ramp up employment within Bungie to allow them to make a D3. Realistically playing Marathon will have 0 effect on D3 if any it will only be negative. Sony will either look like a bunch of twats with their pants pulled down by ex Bungie executives
@_GoldenWitch_@Marcin360 It will most likely be a paid dlc that is not included in any version. The complete version was complete at that point in time. Therefore I reckon it will be a 20-30$ standalone expansion pack
@dillonatm Is eating up resources. Bungie will never go back to being a 1800 man team. I believe there’s 600-800 left that’s not enough to maintain two major liveservices. And realistically after all the drama with marathon it will never peak. Unlike a D3 in 4-5 years
@dillonatm Because D3 won’t be made unless marathon fails and that’s the sad reality. If marathon shuts down or goes into maintenance mode employees will be able to focus solely on developing D3 and Sony would give them one last try to recoup their money. But it won’t happen if marathon
@ilikewalot I agree. Final shape was the perfect way to end it. Too much negativity around this IP and uncertainty with sunsetting, lay offs etc I don’t think people trust Bungie with their wallets, when not even Sony trusts them to develop a new D3 that will captivate people into a new saga
@BarcaUniversal Especially in CL against top teams. I would love for Rashy to be permanent, but with limited budget and other areas that need to be filled 30 million plus his salary which even if reduced will be at 250k probably isn’t worth it.
@BarcaUniversal Answer is simple. This will be our LW for next season next to Raphina. If we could sign Rashford and another proper LW that presses and suits the system more go for it, especially worth depth. However if it’s Rashford and no one else then we can’t afford his lack of press
@ZaeHoF@aimkeyx They quite literally say this in their notes. It’s not a major studio with hundreds or thousands of developers focused on one game. They have two live services. Take a break from the game, comeback and it will be filled with new content again
@ZaeHoF@aimkeyx People are overreacting like crazy. It’s a casual game, everyone gets bored of games eventually, and play other games for a few weeks or months and come back. Even Embark knows this. Which is why they rather push out major content patches than small ones
@Krishna06068185@StrangerNews11 Season 5 literally put all that work in season 4 to the bin by putting some metal plates over the holes in the ground….
@ArcRaidersInfo I think it’s completely fine. Breaks in gaming should be normalized, play and enjoy other games when you’re bored. When you’re back it has a shit load of new content. I think its perfectly fine
