They buried the lede on this new study. It's not that exercise beats out SSRIs for depression treatment, but that *just* dancing has the largest effect of *any treatment* for depression.

@StephenBHeard I use it to turn my notes on an assignment into a formatted handout. I also use it to generate different iterations of sample questions though these need to be checked. Sometimes I bring AI generated questions+ answers to class and have students fact check and correct them.

This is not a 'startling discovery'. This is a correlational study that did not look at individual behaviors. E.g. People may be more likely to get COVID if they socialize more or don't wear masks. These actions would increase the likelihood that someone gets COVID multiple times
