@kariteriyaki hm maybe try adding 5k+ more steps to ur daily steps? some light pilates maybe to burn calories
in the end result, its much better and you can eat slightly more! and with the small extra cals u can add more protein in ur diet
@KuraBites i think (?) im honestly ok with feeling weak/vunerable but im so shy with myself i would never cry infront of them bc the attention would make me puke
soo uh this is what i do
13g of jetpuff marshmallow creme (spread it on the mug) (ALSO I LUVV)
20 ml skinnymix marshmallow syrup
cinnamon
then the hot coffee, light roast
3 packets stevia
10 ml oat milk (very optional)
and a little salt
yay warm marshmallow coffee
so nevermind. now i really know for sure im messed up forever. so i should be gone pls and left to be gone. bc i dont know why i am supposed to move forward . and i dont even try to. and i probably am too weak in the first place. so.
