I should also mention that the Employment Office claimed the business responded. It’s a lie as the owners knew they were in the wrong & have said so, & never sent a response to the EO. That means the department lied in order to deny the claim.

WA Unemployment Hearings: There is a HUGE issue with how long it is taking to receive an appeal hearing in this state & it is something that needs to be addressed post haste.

In November 2021 I applied for Unemployment & was denied.

hearing notice sent out by the end of next week for a hearing in mid-December. This process, if the timeline stays true to course, is OVER A YEAR later. *THiS* is a major factor in the uptick of our homeless situation in WA state. I was fortunate to have support from family
